Description:

This session includes a panel of criticalists with specialties in small animal, equine and exotic animal critical care medicine and surgery.  This panel discussion will focus on clinical management of the acute gastrointestinal obstruction patient in different species with the aim to learn from each other, explore alternative ways of doing things, and spark new ideas.  Surgical decision making as well as clinical diagnostics and treatment will be explored and discussed in each species.
